Project Management Officer

- Assist in the execution of planning, coordination, recording, and information tasks related to project management. - Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation (e.g., creating presentations), support (e.g., taking minutes), and follow-up (e.g., sending out documents). - Prepare project reports, decision-making documents, and minutes of meetings. - Establish, monitor, maintain, and take responsibility for central document management and the pending list. - Support the flow of information within the project organization and the project environment. - Aid the procurement department in the procurement process as necessary. - Prepare and consolidate project information as required. - Organize project meetings and ensure smooth logistics. - Manage access permissions and ensure data security. - Perform other activities as required by the project management team.
