Rust Engineer (a) - Luzern

- University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent. - At least 5 years of experience in software development, including 2 years using Rust. - Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus. - Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems. - Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems. - Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust. - Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines). - Excellent English skills are essential; German language skills are an advantage.
