Lead the build-out of a new regional business hub (Germany or Switzerland) Shape and execute go-to-market and business development strategy Recruit, mentor, and grow a local team of top-tier data & AI consultants Establish and grow enterprise client relationships, leveraging a strong HQ delivery track record Represent the firm in the market as a credible thought leader and trusted advisor Forge partnerships with key technology vendors to enhance offerings and delivery capacity

Anforderungen

Senior leadership experience in consulting, technology, or data/AI Proven success in building and scaling service-led businesses Strong client network within Swiss or German enterprise environments Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and delivery Fluent in German and English
