Senior Mechanical engineer (precision design, liquid cooling)

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead precision mechanical design for high-density, liquid-cooled hardware. This role involves taking products from concept to production, with a strong focus on mechanical integrity, manufacturability, and robust engineering principles. In this role, you will: - Design high-precision mechanical assemblies, fixtures, and cold plates - Perform GD&T and advanced tolerance analysis - Produce production-ready CAD (SolidWorks) and technical drawings - Oversee prototyping and manufacturing with strong DFM/DFA principles - Develop and execute mechanical and reliability validation tests - Analyze test data to improve robustness and yield - Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D teams
